To be eligible for a return:

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • The item must not show signs of misuse or damage

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved. Return addresses vary by region — once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse location (either  European center in Germany or US center in California) depending on your delivery address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue or reason
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–20 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and your location.

5. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund after review.

6. Order Cancellation
