Shipping policy

Destinations and charges

This policy covers delivery within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free for UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Delivery estimates

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Transit: 6–8 business days.
• Total estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

Orders placed after 5pm UK time enter processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates; carrier disruption or customs checks may cause delays.

Dispatch and tracking

We send tracking details by email after dispatch. Follow that link or visit our Track Your Order page for order updates. Your dispatch notice identifies the carrier handling your parcel.

International deliveries

Some orders may travel internationally. Where applicable, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed or missing parcels

Contact us with your order number if tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, or delivery arrives damaged. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
