1. About PoTiTo

PoTiTo is an independent online retailer operated by Abderrahman Khachi, based in Boujdour, Morocco. We source products from established manufacturers and resell them. We are a reseller. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every visit to our site and every order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not order from us.

3. Products and specifications

Product specifications on this site are taken from the manufacturer's published data. Where we quote a figure we attribute it to the manufacturer, for example a stated battery life or response time. These are the manufacturer's stated figures rather than our own measurements. Actual results vary with network conditions, accent, background noise and how the product is used.

We aim to describe products accurately, but images and descriptions may occasionally differ slightly from the item you receive. If an item differs materially from its description, contact us and we will put it right under our refund policy.

4. Third-party software and apps

The products we sell may require third-party software to function. The Wooask M3 translator earbuds require the WasTrans mobile app to translate. That app is developed and published by Wooask's manufacturer, not by us.

We are not responsible for third-party software, including its availability, performance or changes to its terms. If the required app is unavailable or discontinued we will help you with a return or refund under our refund policy.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before charging and you can cancel at no cost. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or another established payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

6. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you receive an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or send it for dispatch.

We may cancel your order before dispatch if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or there is an obvious pricing or description error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather and events outside our reasonable control.

Our products ship from warehouses in Germany and the United States. Orders to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Germany, and orders to the United States from the US warehouse. This is set out in full in our shipping policy.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, and for paying any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges that apply to your order.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Some products include a manufacturer's warranty. Where a warranty is stated on a product page it is provided by the manufacturer, and we will still act as your first point of contact and help you make a claim. Warranty periods and terms vary by product and destination.

9. Acceptable use

Please use our site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades the experience for other customers, or use it to distribute unlawful material.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to us or to the respective rights holders. Product names, images and logos of the brands we resell remain the property of those brand owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or a product, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Availability

We work to keep our site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may also change or discontinue any part of the site or our products.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its last-updated date. Changes do not affect orders already placed under the terms in force at the time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, which is Morocco. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the United States, the mandatory consumer and privacy laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these terms, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
