30-day free returns

Contact Potito within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For our voluntary returns offer, items should be unworn and complete, with their tags, accessories, and original packaging. There is no restocking charge.

Return postage

Returns requested within our 30-day window are free. Contact our team for a prepaid label or other prepaid return arrangements before posting your parcel.

Potito covers return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Arrange your return

2. Wait for the return instructions and address supplied by our team.
3. Package everything securely and retain your proof of posting.

Refunds and exchanges

We check returned goods and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank processing normally takes up to seven business days. Contact us to arrange a size, colour, or product exchange.
